Slot Insulating Paper Inserting Machine(double)
ZP-301
"ZP-301" is the machine for automatically inserting the insulating paper to the stator core slot. It is inserted after streaking the tape-shaped insulating paper with preheating, it is cut into specified length and shaped with heat. After the insulating paper inserting, the stator core is automatically indexed, and inserted to the next slot. The machine stops automatically after inserted.
This machine mounts two inserting stations. By setting the different jigs, two kinds of slot-shaped insertions operate without setup.
